Chardonnay Tolloy Musivum
COLOUR
Bright golden yellow with subtle green reflections. The clarity and brilliance reveal both maturity and precision, characteristic of finely crafted Alpine Chardonnay.
AROMA
Complex, refined, and beautifully layered. The bouquet opens with aromas of ripe pear, apple, and tropical fruit such as pineapple and mango. Delicate notes of vanilla, hazelnut, and butter emerge from oak ageing, complemented by floral hints of acacia and a subtle mineral touch.
PALATE
Full-bodied, elegant, and well-structured. The palate reveals a harmonious balance between fruit richness and freshness, with flavours of ripe stone fruits, citrus, and gentle spice. The texture is creamy yet vibrant, supported by fine acidity and a lingering finish marked by minerality and toasted almond.
CELLARING
Excellent to enjoy now for its depth and refinement, but capable of evolving gracefully for 5–7 years, gaining roundness and complex tertiary notes of honey and roasted nuts.
